  • Bonus Structure: We offer a discretionary bonus of up to 10% quarterly, allowing clients to reward exceptional satisfaction.

  • Collaborative Hiring: We invite clients to validate team members during key stages of the hiring process.

Service Terms

  • FTE Commitment: Our dedicated teams work up to 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, ensuring focused and reliable project or milestone delivery.

  • Support Hours: Our support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM CET. Video calls and responses are scheduled within 2–4 business hours.

  • Cancellation: Clients can cancel contracts anytime, with services continuing for one month after notice.

  • Payment: We require the first payment at contract signing, followed by monthly billing with detailed reports at the end of each sprint.

Defect Management

  • Defects: We fix defects—software not meeting agreed specifications—free of charge for approved production software.

  • For defects during client demo meetings, we offer resolutions at a discounted price.
